2026 office policies
extended visit this is the standard visit length - includes consult/assessment of current concern, integrative adjustment + home care education - - *extended sessions are increasing to $150 in March *
tune up - this is a shorter visit that is good for those working through chronic imbalances, or wellness/prevention clients.

new concern: if you have a new concern that you would like to be addressed, a 30 minute visit is required.
absence from care: if it has been more than 3 months since your last visit, or you have had a change to your health history/new symptom expression, an extended visit is required.

late cancellations: Dr. Sarah has a 24 hour cancellation policy, please text the office number if you need to cancel within this time frame. We are understanding to emergencies + unforeseen circumstances but missed appts leave a gap in the schedule that cannot always be filled + a late cancellation fee may be assessed.
late arrivals: Arriving late to your appointment time may limit the length of your visit, or require you to rebook. Dr. Sarah will do her best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.

Curious if this is the right fit for you? Or want to maximize time during your in office visit?
We highly recommend doing this prior to your initial visit for pediatric clients 18 months - 7 years, so we can get right to the assessment + hands on work when you come! (this can be done for any age!)

if you would like to book your second visit at the time of booking your first, please choose the "first follow up" option. This is recommended since the schedule is filling up quicker than usual!
