Office updates: Please read!
2025 office policies
price increase: 15 minute visits will be increasing price to $85 per visit beginning in February. Packages + monthly memberships will be available for a reduced rate.
pricing: it is $65 for a 15 minute visit + $125 for a 30 minute visit, if more time is needed to address your concerns during your visit, you will be charged the appropriate price.
late cancellations: Dr. Sarah has a 24 hour cancellation policy, please text the office number if you need to cancel within this time frame. We are understanding to emergencies + unforeseen circumstances but missed appts leave a gap in the schedule that cannot always be filled + a late cancellation fee may be assessed.
late arrivals: Arriving late to your appointment time may limit the length of your visit, or require you to rebook. Dr. Sarah will do her best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.
returning to care: if it has been more than 90 days since your last visit + you have new concerns that need to be addressed, a 30 minute visit is required.
