2025 office policies
returning to care: if it has been more than 90 days since your last visit
new concern: if you have a new concern that you would like to be addressed, a 30 minute visit is required.
late cancellations: Dr. Sarah has a 24 hour cancellation policy, please text the office number if you need to cancel within this time frame. We are understanding to emergencies + unforeseen circumstances but missed appts leave a gap in the schedule that cannot always be filled + a late cancellation fee may be assessed.
late arrivals: Arriving late to your appointment time may limit the length of your visit, or require you to rebook. Dr. Sarah will do her best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.

Curious if this is the right fit for you? Or want to maximize time during your in office visit? Schedule a call to chat with Dr. Sarah. $50 deposit goes towards initial session, or is refunded if it's not a good fit.

family follow up visits (group session)
If it has been more than 3 months since your last visit, you must schedule an re-assessment visit/extended session for each family member.
Family visits are offered at a reduced cost to individual visits in order to make care more accessible + to facilitate healing within the family unit. The intention of these visits is that you are seen at least 1x per month. While we do understand that things happen, if you have a new concern or injury, or if life changes (new baby!) or something else, please reach out for an extended family session (or book an individual extended session for that family member) so we have enough time to catch up + provide the care you need to heal fully.
re-start care, more than 3m since last visit
** required if it's even more than 90 days since your last visit ** These are for those of you who are ready to reprioritize your nervous system well-being and resume chiropractic care after more than 3 months of time or if you have a new injury or life event that you would like help with.
